Pelatihan Pencatatan Keuangan Digital Terintegrasi Untuk Meningkatkan Manajemen Usaha Kelompok Tani KTH Sumber Pangan

The Forest Farmers Group (KTH) Sumber Pangan demonstrates considerable economic potential through various agroforestry-based products; however, its financial management practices remain predominantly manual, resulting in frequent errors, delayed reporting, and irregular cash flow monitoring. This community engagement program aims to enhance financial management effectiveness through the implementation of a digital bookkeeping system utilizing a Telegram-based chatbot integrated with a web application. The program was carried out through several stages, including problem identification, needs assessment, system development, implementation, training, and evaluation. The chatbot facilitates rapid daily transaction entry, while the web application provides automated financial reports, cash flowvisualization, and structured data storage. The findings indicate improved efficiency, reduced input errors, and real-time access to financial information. Moreover, members’ digital literacy increased, as evidenced by their ability to operate the system independently. Overall, the program effectively strengthened transparency, accuracy, and consistency in the group’s financial record-keeping, supporting more reliable and modern financial governance.
