Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted in Jamali Village, Cianjur Regency, to address farmers’ dependence on middlemen, limited agricultural tools, and low digital literacy. The activities focused on strengthening the supply chain through the establishment of the Koperasi Merah Putih, which now has an official deed of establishment, the implementation of Quick Cakar Baja cultivator technology, and digital literacy training using an e-logistics application. The method employed was the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results show that soil cultivation efficiency and effectiveness increased significantly and reduced production costs. Farmers were able to use the Tanilink application to monitor prices and market their harvested products online. This PkM program resulted in a 61.66% increase in knowledge related to the Koperasi Merah Putih and agricultural supply chain, a 10% improvement in Tanilink application literacy, and strengthened the village’s economic institutions. The program demonstrates that integrating cooperatives, agricultural technology, and digital literacy can be an effective strategy for strengthening agricultural supply chains and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level.
