Pelatihan Google Workspace Untuk Digitalisasi Data di PKK Mekar Arum 16, Desa Lengkong, Kecamatan Bojongsoang

Abstract

Mastery of digital literacy has become an urgent necessity to enhance the effectiveness of community organizations, including the Family Welfare and Empowerment Organization (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/ PKK). PKK Mekar Arum 16, located in Desa Lengkong Village, Bojongsoang, as a driving force for family and community development, still faces challenges in administration, coordination, and activity reporting due to limited understanding of digital technology. Therefore, Google Workspace training is required as a solution to strengthen the capacity of PKK cadres. Through training activities focused on the use of Google Drive, Google Forms, and Google Sheets, participants acquired practical skills in cloud-based document management, digital data collection, and data processing for report preparation. The training results indicate an improvement in PKK members’ ability to manage archives in a structured manner, conduct data collection efficiently, and produce more organized and easily accessible reports. Evaluation through questionnaires also shows that participants provided very positive responses regarding the relevance of the materials, the quality of delivery, and the benefits of the program. Overall, this program successfully strengthened the digital capacity of PKK cadres and supported the realization of more professional, effective, and technology-adaptive organizational governance, thereby contributing to the improvement of PKK service quality for the village community.
