Iron nutritional anemia (AGB) is a common health problem among adolescent girls, especially in developing countries. The management and prevention of AGB requires effective educational media to increase understanding of the importance of balanced nutritional intake and iron supplementation. This study aims to apply IWEB-AR technology, an Augmented Reality (AR)-based immersive website, as an innovative medium in educating the prevention and treatment of AGB in adolescent girls. AR technology allows users to get a more interactive and fun learning experience through 3D visualization, which can increase their attraction and understanding of the material presented. The development of IWEB-AR media involves designing educational content integrated with AR elements, such as interactive animations about the process of anemia formation, its impact on the body, and ways to prevent it through nutrition and iron supplementation. Evaluation of the effectiveness of this media was conducted through a pilot test with adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Yosowilangun Kidul, Lumajang district. The results showed that the use of IWEB-AR as an educational media had a positive impact in increasing the understanding of adolescent girls about AGB. Most respondents reported that this media was more interesting and easy to understand compared to conventional education methods. In addition, the interactivity offered by AR technology also increased young women's interest in learning and awareness of the importance of AGB prevention.
