Mangrove forests are multifunctional coastal ecosystems that play a critical role in environmental stability, carbon sequestration, and biodiversity conservation. The CIKU Nyinyi Mangrove Tourism Forest in Lampung holds considerable ecotourism potential, yet faces structural barriers including the absence of electricity supply, lack of informational signage, and underdeveloped local creative economies. This community service initiative aims to empower residents through the application of appropriate technology, construction of tourism information infrastructure, and training in mangrove-based creative product development. The project employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach across three stages: problem identification via Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and baseline surveys, solution implementation, and impact evaluation through standardized questionnaires administered to 30 respondents. Three 200 WP solar panel units were successfully installed, generating an average of 720 Wh per day; six educational and directional signboards were erected along ecotourism trails; and 25 community members were trained in mangrove-based souvenir production. Evaluation yielded an average satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5, with 88% of participants reporting tangible benefits.
