Sidomulyo Village is one of the coffee-producing centers in Jember Regency, generating a significant amount of coffee husk waste. This waste has the potential to be utilized as a natural dye in ecoprint techniques, thereby supporting waste-reduction efforts while simultaneously increasing the community’s economic value. This community service program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the residents of Sidomulyo Village, particularly former migrant women workers, in utilizing coffee husk waste as a natural dye for ecoprint using the steam method. The implementation method includes preparation, theoretical and practical training, competency evaluation, and documentation. The training was attended by 15 participants who were evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests. The results indicate a 70% increase in knowledge related to the processing of coffee husk waste and an 80% improvement in ecoprint practical skills. The ecoprint products produced achieved an average quality score of 4 on a 1–5 scale, covering color brightness, color fastness, and motif clarity. These findings demonstrate that coffee husk waste can serve as a promising source of natural dye and that the training effectively fosters the emergence of creative business opportunities based on a circular economy in Sidomulyo Village. This activity is expected to strengthen the community’s economic independence and serve as a replicable empowerment model for other regions with similar characteristics.
